The second season of Edens Zero started in the US at the beginning of 2024. Since then, fans have been eagerly waiting to see how things continue – but when can we finally expect Season 3?
Shiki has spent his whole life surrounded by machines. In the abandoned amusement park Granbell, he was for a long time the only one of his kind. Only when Rebecca Bluegarden and her loyal companion Happy show up does an intergalactic adventure begin for him. By now, the anime already includes two seasons with a total of 50 episodes. But fans are still waiting in vain for a third season.
When will Edens Zero Season 3 start?
While the second season launched in the US in early 2024, it had already been released in Japan about half a year earlier. Since then, there’s been complete silence. Official information about Season 3 doesn’t exist yet – so it’s unclear if and when a continuation will appear. Rumors and supposed start dates on the internet should therefore be taken with caution. As soon as an official confirmation comes, it will surely be announced right away. Until then, fans have no choice but to be patient.

How you can already follow the story further
If you don’t want to wait any longer, you can simply turn to the manga. Just like many other anime, Edens Zero is based on a manga – drawn by Hiro Mashima, who is already well known for Fairy Tail. The story in the manga is already far ahead and even completed.
Since the anime and manga are very similar in content, it makes sense to continue exactly where season 2 ends. Specifically, that means starting with chapter 141 in volume 17. That way, fans can already find out how Shiki’s adventure truly continues.
